Next Up

Here are three models to watch:

1.) Karlie Kloss, 15 - Karlie started out studying ballet at Caston's Ballet Academie, but was then quickly signed to Elite Management, and soon began to take the fashion world by storm. In just one year, Karlie has been on the cover of Teen Vogue (along with models Ali Michael and Chanel Iman), been booked exclusively for Calvin Klein and Gucci, been in 4 consecutive Teen Vogue editorials, walked almost every show in Spring/Summer 2008 season, was photographed by Mario Sorrenti for the Nina Ricci spring ad campaign, and became the face of See by Chloe. And all before she turns 16 this Sunday (August 3rd). Karlie is truly a force to be reckoned with.

2.) Jourdan Dunn, 17 - This young girl discovered while shopping in London in 2006, has been deemed "The Next Naomi Campbell", which is certainly a high esteem. Her laid-back, British coolness and refreshing diversity in a mostly white modeling world has led her to snag such shows as Alexander McQueen, Hermes, and was even the first black to walk for Prada in over 10 years. She's been featured in many magazines as one of the top 10 newcomers, was recently photographed along with fellow young model Karlie Kloss in ads for Topshop, and was featured in the July 08 'all black' issue of Italian Vogue. Keep your eye on this girl - her future is very bright!

3.) Behati Prinsloo, 19 - While Behati has been around for a while (she was discovered by the Storm scout who discovered Kate Moss while on holiday in South Africa in 2005), her career has been taking off pretty recently, with a slew of campaigns for Gap, DKNY Jeans, Nine West and Tommy Hilfiger. In February, she signed a contract with the coveted Victoria's Secret - a sure sign she's on her way to becoming a household name. She may stick mainly to runway and ads, but with her lovely face placed strategically in magazines, people are bound to take notice of Behati.
